Trade customers
If you are a restaurateur, hotelier, caterer or simply require wines for your business, l'Art du Vin can provide you with a comprehensive, professional service.
Thanks to a combined experience of more than 30 years in the hospitality and wine trades, we can provide a full 'Sommelier Service'. Its key aspects are as follows:
- Drawing up of the contents of a wine list adapted to your business.
- Bespoke design and full printing service available.
- Implementation of an easy and effective ordering system.
- Staff training.
- Wine sales monitoring.
- Events supported by l'Art du Vin team and/or wine producers from around the world.
- Support from Champagne Grande Marques.
Our day-to-day service to our trade customers is crucial to our business, so we endeavour to provide as good a service as possible:
- Minimum order of 12 bottles (1case of 75cl bottles), mixed or otherwise.
- Where possible, delivery by our own logistics team.
- Next day delivery to mainland UK (for orders processed by 12pm).(Except some Highlands & Islands post codes where delivery can take 2-5 days, please telephone for confirmation).
- No call centre; a friendly and dedicated team at l'Art du Vin is on hand to answer your queries.
- Any wine that is corked or faulty will be replaced/credited.
- Sale or return available for special requests.

Weddings
Our service is as follows:
- Free advice on food and wine matching and quantities required for the event.
- Free samples (bottles will be refunded once an order has been placed).
- Minimum order of 12 bottles (e.g. 12 x 75cl bottles), mixed or otherwise.
- Where possible, next day delivery to mainland UK (for orders processed by 12pm).
- No call centre, a friendly and dedicated team at l'Art du Vin is on hand to answer your queries.
- Any wine that is corked or faulty will be replaced/credited.
- Sale or return available.
