In 1998, Samuel Ferraton, the 4th generation of the family at the estate, gave a new impetus to the House by forming a partnership with Chapoutier. This new synergy brought with it new knowledge and expertise, particularly biodynamic vine growing practices for the single vineyards and the introduction of quality controls.
A nose of blackcurrant, bramble and a touch of liquorice is followed by a palate dominated by red fruits and a mineral backbone. A long and spicy finish brings things to a satisying close.
