In 1998, Samuel Ferraton, the 4th generation of the family at the estate, gave a new impetus to the House by forming a partnership with Chapoutier. This new synergy brought with it new knowledge and expertise, particularly biodynamic vine growing practices for the single vineyards and the introduction of quality controls.
Complex and subtle aromas of sour cherries, plum, roasted coffee and cinnamon. Fine, soft tannins, fleshy and persistent. Hints of leather, spices and garrigue.
