Brothers Nicolas and Vincent Laroche run this ship. Both are graduates of Beaune College, Nicolas being the œnologist while Vincent tends to the vines. They took over from their parents and as brothers form a partnership that produces fantastic Chablis. From the Petit Chablis to the 1er Cru, the mineral aspect is dominant but is always balanced by typical fresh citrus fruit and floral notes.
Delicate floral and fruit aromas, with a refined minerality, an expressive bouquet and a subtle firmness on the palate. Charming.
