The Pillot Domaine has been in existence since the 18th century and, like any other quality-minded Burgundy producer, the vines express their terroir wonderfully. The wines are made using modern techniques in their state-of-the-art winery.
The typical Chassagne has a powerful and rich palate, and we have been particularly attracted to the 'Les Champs Gains' which has a high limestone content giving it intense minerality and finesse.
