Situated in the heart of St. Aubin, Domaine Larue also produces a particularly fine example of Puligny. The viticulture involves 'lutte raisonnée', working the soil, green harvest, and of course, manuel harvest. The fermentation takes place in barrel, a third of which are new, and there is further elevage on its lees with regular bâtonnage.
The St. Aubin is fruity and floral on the nose, while the palate displays rich white peaches and a nice complexity without being too heavy. Good acidity and a nice, long finish.
