In 1998, Samuel Ferraton, 4th generation at the estate, gave new impetus to the house by forming a partnership with Michael Chapoutier. This synergy brought new knowledge and know-how, particularly biodynamic vine growing practices for the single vineyards and the introduction of quality controls.
