Pauillac Château Tour Pibran 2015

This is the second wine of Château Pibran but it is made with exactly the same care and attention as the Grand Vin. Not only that, it is produced by the same team that makes the prestigious Château Pichon Baron, then moved in barrel for ageing at Château Pibran.

Merlot (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Intense, deep purple colour. Delicate hints of red fruit including strawberries and cherry. Noticeable but smooth tannins give the wine excellent balance, and a touch of minerality brings a real vibrancy to the wine. Enjoyable now, but also ideal for laying down.
