They produced their first vintage from their 3.5 hectares of Gamay vines in 2014 and since then, have garnered a reputation for some of the most exciting and progressive wines to be coming out of Beaujolais. Everything they do, both among the vines and in the winery, is geared towards the production of wines that are in line with their 4 key principles; respect, excellence, conviviality and passion. In order to achieve these goals, they work following a minimum-intervention approach and are currently in the process of Demeter biodynamic certification.
