This is the second wine of Château Pibran but it is made with exactly the same care and attention as the Grand Vin. Not only that, it is produced by the same team that makes the prestigious Château Pichon Baron, then moved in barrel for ageing at Château Pibran. Merlot (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon blend. Intense, deep purple colour. Delicate hints of red fruit including strawberries and cherry. Noticeable but smooth tannins give the wine excellent balance, and a touch of minerality brings a real vibrancy to the wine. Enjoyable now, but also ideal for laying down.

Château Pibran is an old Médoc name. Its highly reputed vineyard covers one of the finest outcrops of Pauillac. The estate, which originally had just 10 hectares, was expanded in 2001 following the purchase of neighbouring property Château Tour Pibran to reach the current size of 17 hectares of superb Garonne gravel soil. Today the wine of Pibran and second wine Tour Pibran are carefully made by Jean-René Matignon and his team of Château Pichon Longueville in their state-of-the-art winery.

Goods can be returned, if possible in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement.
If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
