Produced organically by the team at Wild Nature, who conduct all their vineyard practices in total harmony with the diverse eco-system they have helped to establish on their estate.
Their Valpolicella Ripasso DOC is produced using a technique which sees a youthful Valpolicella wine undergo a second fermentation in contact with the residual lees from grapes used for Amarone production. These give the resulting wine a richer, heavier palate with more raisin-like fruit notes and a silky, velvety finish.
