Since 1986, the Lebenshilfe winery has been committed to both social and ecological viticulture. Working alongside seven trained specialists, a team of 35 people with learning difficulties cares for 23 hectares of vineyards, including nearly 3 hectares of restored terraced plots. The winery is described as a place of connection, craftsmanship, and joy. It is an environment where everyone is encouraged to be themselves and to grow freely, making their work a genuine source of pride and fulfilment. Alongside their dedication to respectful stewardship of nature, the team places great emphasis on producing high‑quality wines and sparkling wines.

Customers have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Goods can be returned, if possible in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement.
If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
