Crafted exclusively from estate-grown Cortese, the 30‑year‑old vines are rooted in classic Cessola marls and sandy soils, giving the wine its purity and distinctive mineral tension. The grapes are hand‑harvested, cold‑macerated, and then gently basket‑pressed before a cool fermentation. The wine is aged on fine lees for five months, adding texture and finesse. The result is a vibrant, layered Gavi that balances zesty citrus brightness with graceful depth.
Cascina delle Monache
Cascina delle Monache is one of the most dynamic and forward‑thinking producers in Gavi. Led by young vigneron Tiziano, the project builds on a long family tradition — the indigenous Cortese grape has been cultivated on the Arecco family farm since 1978.

Customers have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Goods can be returned, if possible in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement.
If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
