This fifteenth-century château is home to an artisan producer of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes. The Cognacs are distilled from the traditional grape varieties in four small copper pot stills, which generate a wealth of fruity aroma compounds compared to larger stills. Beaulon pride themselves on ageing their Cognac well beyond the legal minimum for each level, resulting in a wonderful blend of aromatic spirit and smooth wood. The Pineau des Charentes is produced from a blend of fresh Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc juice with Cognac, aged in barrel for five years.

Delicate aromas of white flowers, honey and vanilla lead to a sweet but freshly balanced palate with flavours of mandarin and dried apricot.

If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
