The Boillot family have been growing wine on the Côte de Beaune since 1885. Henri Boillot began working at the estate in 1975. He took over the running of the business not long after. Under his guidance, the estate has gained an exceptional reputation and won the right to be regarded among the absolute crème de la crème. Henri now shares responsibilities with his son Guillaume, who has been making the red wines since 2012. This flagship property owns vines in the prime plots of Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Beaune, Volnay and Savigny, all of which it farms sustainably. The ageing potential of Henri’s globally acclaimed wines is already legendary – wines that marry restrained elegance and great finesse with tremendous freshness and reverberating minerality.

A smooth red wine with fruity aromas of plums and wild red berries on the nose, accompanied by smoky nuances and notes of dark chocolate. On the palate it is flavoursome, with subtle tannins and notes of flint and ripe fruit. An elegant and daring red wine.

If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
