The history of Giscours can be traced back to the 14th century when the tower overlooked a wild and inhospitable region. In 1552, Pierre de Lhomme, a wealthy Bordeaux draper, bought a nobleman’s house called “Guyscoutz”; he proceeded to turn it into a vast estate and planted the first vines. Since 1995, the estate is run by the Dutch Albada Jelgersma family. The new generation has the zeal and ambition that perfectly matches with the heritage of winemakers who turned Giscours into a worldwide renowned classified growth. Château Giscours produces red and rose wines of the Margaux appellation.

If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
