Muri
Muri is a Copenhagen‑based project founded by Murray Paterson and Ioakeim Goulidis, who draw on extensive expertise in distillation, fermentation, and flavour layering to craft exceptionally delicious, complex, and distinctive non‑alcoholic beverages. Copenhagen has become a global hub for fermentation in recent years, so it’s natural that Muri places this process at the heart of their creations — while skillfully keeping alcohol levels in check through precise control and deep technical understanding. Their palette of ingredients is vast, ranging from cultivated yeasts and kefir grains to sourdough starters and foraged botanicals. They employ a wide variety of techniques, including dry carbonic maceration, wood smoking, and lactic fermentation. The result is a range of non‑alcoholic drinks that are rich, layered, and genuinely remarkable.

Customers have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Goods can be returned, if possible in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement.
If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
