Organic -- family-owned – experimental grape varietals
Established in the early 1990s, the wines of Santa Julia are a fantastic example of the quality now being created in the Argentine region of Mendoza.
Named after the only daughter of founder José Zuccardi, Santa Julia is an estate with a clear environmental conscience. All their wines are created through the employment of sustainable policies, aiming to both protect the environment and also benefit the wider community that surrounds the estate.
The Santa Julia team cultivate well-known Argentine varietals such as Malbec, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with more experimental projects involving Viognier, Pinot Grigio and Tempranillo, grapes that are rarely found on Argentine soil.
Medium to full bodied Malbec, packed with damson and black fruit flavours, lovely spice on the finish.
