Yabby Lake

Yabby Lake Vineyard was established by the Kirby family in 1998, in Tuerong, which is located in the northern end of the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Over the past decade, the vineyard has built a reputation for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir of great purity and character under its Single Vineyard and Single Block Release labels. Led by winemaker Tom Carson, the Yabby Lake philosophy is to craft wines that speak of our site and the season in which they were grown. It’s the attention and care in the vineyard that is most critical to allowing this expression.

Red Claw Pinot Noir 2020

Red Claw is Yabby Lake's ‘drink now range, produced entirely from their own fruit. The Pinot Noir is a rare example of a wine that is afforded the same level of attention as their top-end estate wine – at a far more attractive price tag. All grapes are handpicked and each parcel is vinified separately. Delicious, concentrated fruit character with bags of cherry and spice.
