Katalín Iturzaeta planted the first vines of Hondarrabi grapes in 1880 on the hill of Aitako. Unlike other vineyards surrounding the region, the Aitako vineyard survived the most difficult periods of recent Spanish history, the Civil War and World War II. Today, Joaquín Aranzabal, the fourth generation of the family, produces a maximum of 8,000 bottles per vintage of this pure and concentrated Txakolin from the only century-old vineyards in Getariako.

Profound herbal and lemony aromas followed by nutty notes and yeasty complexity. The palate is powerful and punchy, with a light body yet great concentration, finishing with a slight saltiness and lots of vivid herbal flavours.

Goods can be returned, if possible in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement.
If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
