Fresh and inviting, loaded with fruit aromas, bay leaves, lime blossom, tight and very clean. Good, direct mineral load on the palate showing fruit (citrus, peach) and sweetness, with nice effective acidity.

Aphros winery is the brainchild of Lisbon architect Vasco Croft who decided to explore his passion for wine in the Vinho Verde region. Interested in Steiner’s philosophy since childhood he follows the path of biodynamics; introducing mountain horses, sheep, bees and special water cascades as part of farm life and treating the vines with plant extracts. The wines are based on local varieties Loureiro and Vinhão and have achieved worldwide recognition. In 2015, Vasco opened two new cellars; one contemporary cellar dedicated to his classical range of wines and a medieval cellar for the production of artisanal wines in amphorae without the use of electricity.
Delivery is free for orders over £125.

Customers have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Goods can be returned, if possible in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement.
If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
