Minervois Blanc, Chateau Canet, Languedoc, France 2020
Regular price £14.45
Produced from Roussanne and Bourboulenc, a local indigenous grape variety, this Minervois Blanc is matured in stainless steel for 8 months with a brief, 3 week ‘passage’ in oak. This does not give any oak flavour, but enables Floris to round off the wine, ensuring a soft mouthfeel. The result is a wine that possesses hints of tropical and citrus fruits on the nose and a round, balanced palate.White White Blend 13%
